About Reppy
Most people track workouts in a Notes app: quick lists, inconsistent formats, and no easy way to see progress over time.
Reppy is a free gym workout tracker for iOS, built for anyone who wants a structured, smarter place to log sessions and improve. Log exercises, sets, reps, and weight; see stats and trends; and stay consistent with streaks and achievements, without giving up the simplicity you liked in Notes.

FAQ
- Is Reppy free?
- Yes. Reppy is free to download and use.
- What makes it better than Notes?
- Reppy is built for workouts: consistent logging, progress and stats, plate math, streaks, and achievements, so you spend less time formatting notes and more time training.
- How do I track workouts?
- Open the app, start or choose a workout, add exercises, and enter sets with reps and weight. You can build routines over time and review past sessions from your history.
- How does progressive overload work?
- Progressive overload means gradually increasing demand on your muscles: more weight, reps, or volume over time. Reppy helps you see trends so you know when you’re moving forward and where to push next.
- How do I use the plate calculator?
- Use the plate calculator when you need to load a target weight on a bar. Enter the weight (and bar type if the app asks), and Reppy suggests plate combinations so you don’t do the math mid-set.
- How do I report a bug?
- Email reppysupport@gmail.com with what happened, steps to reproduce, and your device details. Screenshots help a lot.
- Can I request a feature?
- Yes. Use Request a Feature inside the app, or email us with your idea. We can’t promise every request, but we use feedback to prioritize what we build next.
